Our goal is to make your shopping experience with Sexfist a positive one. If you would like to exchange or return a product, we are more than happy to accommodate you. 

We will accept all returns or exchanges as long as they are requested within 30 days of the ship date of your order and the product was neither worn nor washed.  If we make a mistake when shipping your order, we will cover all shipping costs involved to remedy the situation.  If the mistake is made by the customer, however, then the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping costs.

Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing why you are returning the item or which item you would like in exchange.  When mailing an item back to us, we recommend a shipping method that allows for tracking, such as USPS with delivery confirmation.  Return shipping is at your own risk.  If we do not receive the returned item, we cannot exchange it or credit you for its cost.
